The Real Issue Podcast: Are Faith and Reason a Mental Illness? What Would Joy Behar Say to Those Suffering in Florida?

podcastingby Rob Lundberg

This has been an interesting week. Talk show host Joy Behar blasts Vice President Mike Pence’s faith, calling it a mental illness. But what solace can Joy give to those who are suffering as a result of the shooting in a Broward County Florida high school over a week ago. Rob tries to dovetail these two issues on The Real Issue podcast by giving five reasons why faith and reason cannot be divorced from one another and then gives an answer to Joy Behar, and the problem of the atrocity committed in Florida.

Please listen and share with your church, Sunday School class and others you know that would be encouraged by this show. If you would like to subscribe to The Real Issue Podcast it can be found on iTunes and/or Stitcher

I am a blogger, writer, equipper, and public speaker on a mission to equip the believer to think and articulate what they believe and communicate it to a confused culture in a "brave new world" steeped in a post-truth mindset. My mission follows the lines of the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. My desire is the equip you to address today's issues from a worldview perspective, and know how and when to incorporate the discipline of apologetics into the task of evangelism, so as to communicate the gospel in a persuasive and compassionate manner. I currently serve as the local Chapter Director and Community Apologist for Ratio Christi, at Germanna Community College and the University of Mary Washington; both in Fredericksburg, VA.
